.....just an fyi: You didn't actually lose the weight, I took it all from you. Now I gotta find someone else to give it to. I've been gaining an average 15-30 pounds a year since 2009. :(

If youre looking for an easyish way to lose weight I would suggest checking out the Paleo diet. Its pretty easy to keep up on and also helpful if you have any stomach/digestive problems.
